Terms & Conditions

• Please email your return request to [email protected].  You must receive prior approval before shipping us your items.  Items without prior approval will not be approved for return and may or may not be returned to you.
• We are happy to accept returns for items ordered within the U.S. in new condition, un-opened, unused, un-altered, free of damages, and in the original packaging from the original purchaser within 14 days from the time your return arrives.
• Hose Assemblies are all custom made to order and are not returnable.  Unless there is a defect, they can be replaced.
• Returns that are not defective are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.  Items that are no longer needed may be denied for a return.
• Returns that result from shipping errors or manufacturing defects will not be subject to the 25% re-stocking fee.
• Please note we are unable to process any returns after 14 days of receiving. All international orders are final sale.
• Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Broward A&C Medical Supply, Inc., unless it is an error on our part.
• International sales are final once they leave our warehouse, unless the items are defective.
