Shipping Policy

The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

Orders may be delivered by FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.

Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address.

In South Florida, you can choose to pick up your online order at Broward A&C Medical Supply’s warehouse, with no shipping and handling charge. Certain products may be unavailable for in-store pickup. Orders will be ready for pickup 8am to 4pm the day after your order.  Please contact our internet sales dept at 954-725-1470 Ext 403 to notify us of your arrival, especially if you need your order expedited.  Some orders may be available even sooner (as early as same day) if all of your items are already available in our warehouse.  We also do ask that you wear a mask when entering our warehouse to pick up your order.

Your credit card will be charged once your order has been processed and/or shipped. A notification E-mail will be sent once the entire order is ready for pickup. You may pick up your order at our warehouse for up to 7 days by providing a Broward A&C Medical associate with your pickup notification e-mail and a government-issued photo ID.

You may also designate another individual to pick up your order if you provide them with the pickup notification received via e-mail. They should also bring a government-issued photo ID.
If you are not able to pick up your order within 7 calendar days, it will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be refunded in the form of your original payment. You should expect to see the credit refunded to your original payment method in 3 to 5 additional business days.
