Message to our Customer and Business Partners

To our Customers and Business Partners,

Since early on in 2020, it has become clear that the world is facing unprecedented challenges with the global covid-19 pandemic. Like you, we are deeply concerned and want to do what we can to help keep our customers, employees, and families safe and healthy. On behalf of Broward A&C Medical Supply, I wanted to send this personal message to you to make you aware of how we are responding to the current situation.

The current status here at Broward A&C is we are remaining open, fully staffed, fully vaccinated, and prepared to support your needs for gas delivery, repair services, equipment, and parts. The following steps have been taken to ensure we are able to continue to support and exceed your current and ongoing needs:

1. We have asked many of our Sales, Customer Service, Delivery, and Technical service employees to distance safely from each other at work.
2. We’ve also asked customers who must pickup their gases to wear masks at all times.  We also prefer to deliver gases to you directly.
3. Our Warehouse and CDL Hazmat delivery personnel continue to work as usual with the addition of great emphasis on preventative measures and protocols to ensure their safety.  We also have all of our staff fully vaccinated and wearing masks for everyone’s safety.
4. We have reconfirmed with our major suppliers that we will continue to receive all gases and parts. In addition, we continue to maintain a large inventory in our warehouse to ensure we have what you need, when you need it.

We recognize this is a challenging time for all, and we remain deeply committed to the safety of our customers, employees, and our local communities.
